The Shadow is a song about the subconscious behaviours in our psyche that affect our behaviours - becoming conscious of them is one of the things that we can do in order to as philosopher Alan Watts suggests to "integrate the shadow".

Featuring a lecture of Alan Watts on the Shadow - the song weaves a 60's musical soundscape that takes the listener deep into thought provoking journey into the shadowlands.

Inspired by the Q'ero tradition of despacho - Rositas Para Pachamama means roses for Mother Earth - that the earth is so loving and generous with us that we should be loving and generous back in the spirit of Ayni (sacred reciprocity).

From the Stars takes us on a dreamy journey that reminds us of our divine origins... that we come from the stars and to the stars we will return.

This is a devotional track to the medicine of Amanita Muscaria the mushroom which changes lives! This was the first song I recorded and opened me to the path of sharing my sacred songs in this way.

The song is a sound journey interwoven with a beautiful soundscape combined with mantra and Sufi chants. 

This is a devotional song to the spirit of Mapacho, the sacred black tobacco from the amazon that was the first plant spirit to help us to hear beyond the veil

"River of Song" was inspired by ceremonies where water is sung to all night and then returned to the river. Ceremonies of this kind have taken place for eons and so the song imagines all the songs that the waters must have heard over the years - so much that there must be a river of water that have had songs sung to it.

It was released in conjunction with World Water Day 2024 - "water for peace' theme and to raise awareness of the work of Water Now waternowus.com a charity that aims to bring clean water to indigenous communities.

The song meanders and flows just like a river and contains beautiful watery soundscapes and dreamy guitar.​

Song of the Earth is a call to remember the rhythm of the earth that we live upon. If we can come into harmonious rhythm with the earth and feel her heartbeat we can surely start to treat the earth with the great care and respect that she deserves.  

It is a super funky upbeat summery song that asks us to dance along to the rhythm of the earth.
